Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s employee engagement and volunteering program acts
as a platform for employees to engage, volunteer and give back to society through
social and environmental causes.
Employee volunteering programs have been held at SP Group offices for more than 8 years.
iCare members participate from across offices of SP Group - Mumbai Head Office, SP regions (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nasik, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi) and also Group Companies.
iCare runs various volunteering activities ranging in social themes - mentoring tribal children, environment, inclusion with differently-abled, and giving programs, among others.
