The shopping centre spans a Gross Leasable Area of 140,000 m2 over 3 levels featuring 350 retail units, a hypermarket, snow park, children's entertainment zone, food court and restaurants. The project involved structural finishes, and MEP works of the entire mall and its associated infrastructure, all designed to ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines to meet LEED GOLD certification.
