SP E&C completed the construction of the Multi-tenanted IT Building B7 in SP Infocity, Pune, with a total built-up area of around 12,00,000 sq. ft.

The construction included civil, finishes, structural, façade works, electrical, HVAC, PHE, fire-fighting, security systems, CCTV, elevators, DG, STP, signages, OWC, solar system, landscaping, roads, external development, among other works.
